Put simply WhiteStone remotely manages your IT infrastructure and end systems. If we are unable to resolve an incident or change remotely our engineers will come to your premises.
How does WhiteStone manage remotely?
We use secure remote monitoring software to give us real time information on your IT infrastructure. Our aim is catch and resolve problems before end users are aware. Depending on your requirements we can tailor a suitable package; this can range from monitoring servers, to workstations and mobile devices.
How do I pay for this?
There are two methods to choose from:-
- A fixed monthly amount. This method makes it easy to forecast your IT budget. All incidents are covered by a monthly contract regardless if it takes 15 minutes or 15 hours to resolve.
- Pre Pay hours. This method allows you to purchase a block of hours (2nd line i.e. desktop/laptop or 3rd line i.e. server). You choose when to use the hours for incidents or changes.
